Nutrition counseling is in network with Aetna, Highmark, Capital BCBS and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Therapy is self pay. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to receive potential reimbursement or discuss sliding scale options. Please note: we are not in network with Independence Blue Cross.

All sessions with any clinician are $165. 

We believe that all therapy and nutrition services should be accessible to all and therefore try to offer sliding scale rates to those who request them. We also parter with FedUp, an organization that supports our trans and intersex clients.

Depending on state licensure laws, our dietitians can work with those in various states, including NJ, DE, NY, VT, CT, MA, and FL. You must be located in Pennsylvania for therapy services. Contact us if you have questions!

Therapy with Allison is either in person at our Emmaus office (23 N 6th St, Emmaus, PA 18049) or virtual. Nutrition sessions are all virtual until December when we move into our new Bethlehem, PA office!
