Hi! I'm Allison

As a non-diet, weight-inclusive, and Health at Every Size© aligned Registered Dietitian, I'm deeply committed to helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies.

With a dual bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science and Psychology, as well as a master's degree in Nutritional Science from Rutgers University, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals of all ages on their journeys of recovery and self-acceptance.

My greatest joy is creating a safe, nurturing space where my clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. For adolescents, I understand the unique challenges of navigating nutrition during a time when you’re just trying to figure out who you are! I work collaboratively with teens and their families, providing education and support to foster a more peaceful relationship with food and body image during these formative years. With adult clients, I recognize that each individual's journey with food and body are unique. Whether you're taking your first steps towards recovery or seeking to enhance your long-term well-being, I'm here to provide personalized guidance and support.

As a social justice-informed practitioner, I'm committed to equity and understanding that eating disorders can present in diverse bodies and across all demographics. My approach honors the unique experiences and intersecting identities of each individual I work with. I value your lived experience and make that my priority when working with my clients.

I firmly believe that food is about so much more than just nutrition - it's an experience, a way to connect with others, and a means of making cherished memories. That's why I'm so passionate about helping others rediscover the beauty, comfort, and joy in nourishing themselves without shame or restriction.

My mission is to empower each person I work with to make peace with food, honor their body's inherent wisdom, and live a life no longer consumed by the pursuit of an unrealistic "ideal." If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Let's have some fun

  • I have a dachshund and his name is Mr. Patrick. His favorite activities include laying in a blanket and barking at whatever moves.
  • I’m an auntie- I have a niece and a nephew. I am completely obsessed with them, and spend much of my free time hanging with them.
  • One of my favorite outdoor activities is hiking. Some of my favorite places to hike are Ithaca, the Smoky Mountains, and the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina
  • I drink hot coffee all year round- lattes to be specific! To me, it doesn’t matter what the temperature is outside.
  • I love listening to a good podcast, sitting on my couch to read a book, or watching a TV show I’ve probably seen before. I’d rather stay at home than go out!
